1 c Crab 1/2 c Tomato sauce 1/4 c Green stuffed olives; sliced 8 oz Cheddar; md, in small cubes 8 ea English muffins Mix all the ingredients except the muffins together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors. Spread on English Muffin halves and broil until hot and cheese is melted. Serve hot.

Recipe, yield 4 servings 1 # - crab meat 1/2 each - red bell pepper 1 each - small shallot 1/2 cup - mayonnaise 2-3 tsp - dijon mustard pinch of - red pepper flakes a touch of - lemon juice to taste - salt & black pepper
to taste - olive oil 4 each - sliced bread (toasted) You may use your favorite bread for this to taste - garlic clove
to garnish: olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, sliced green onion (may used celery leaves and dill) Note: This would also good on a bed of mixed lettuces and other vegetables. Dress it with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice or your favorite vinegar. :)

Creamy crab sandwich recipe | Crab dip but in a sandwich
Hey! Today we will cook creamy crab sandwich. Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches): Sandwich bread. 100 g of cream cheese. 100 g of crab meat (imitation). 4 slices of cheese. Onion. Cucumber. Finely chop crab meat. Slice half of one cucumber. Cut ¼ of red onion. Place crabmeat, cream cheese, cucumber and onion in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Put a slice of cheese on the bread and spread our crab mix evenly. Put on another slice of cheese and close the sandwich. Our sandwich is ready to eat, but I prefer to grill it for a couple of min. Ready!
