1/2 c Applesauce; at room temp 2 Egg whites; whipped 3 tb Fat-free sour cream 1 c Bananas; mashed 1 ts Vanilla 2 Apples; chopped 2 c Unbleached flour 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed 1/2 c Granulated sugar; room temp 1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Cinnamon Recipe by: Jo Anne Merrill Preparation Time: 0:15 Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, sour cream, bananas, vanilla, and apples. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake about 1 hour depending on pan size.
