How To make Banana Bread w/Apple Sauce

2 1/2 c All purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Natural apple sauce
1 c Granulated sugar
3 Egg whites
4 Very large ripe bananas;
-peeled & mashed (2 c) 1 ts Vanila
1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Spray an 8x4x3" loaf pan with non-stick
cooking spray. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. In a alarge mixing bowl, whisk together apple sauce, sugar, egg whites,
banana and vanilla. Add flour mixture all at once and stir gently to blend. 4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until
knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool bread completely before slicing. Note: Loaf can be wrapped tightly and stored for up to one week or frozen for up to 2 months. Ingredients;
7 medium ripe bananas
3 cups of flour
1 cups of No sugar added Apple sauce
2 cups of brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon melted butter
2 brown organic eggs
3 tablespoon olive oil

►INGREDIENTS:
4 medium very ripe bananas 1 1/2 cups mashed
2 eggs large
1/2 cup applesauce or Greek yogurt
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp avocado or coconut oil melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour or spelt flour

►DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 9 x 5 loaf pan with unbleached parchment paper. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork or a masher.
2. Add eggs, applesauce, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and salt; whisk to combine (masher works fine).
3. Add flour and stir gently just enough to mix.
4. Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 – 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Then transfer to a cooling rack to cool off completely. Cut into 10 slices and enjoy.

Ever wondered how to make super moist chocolate banana bread?
Here's my recipe for it. Simple ingredients you can find in your local store. No fancy nor complicated ingredients, you can come up with a nice and moist banana bread in your own kitchen. Yes!! In your kitchen!!
I used to pay $8 for a loaf of choco banana bread from Whole Foods (shout out WF! You guys make the best Chocolate Banana Bread! ????)
I love their super moist and rich banana bread so much it was driving me to bankruptcy ????????
But not anymore!!!
Until I created my own recipe for a super yummy and moist banana bread.
Always add YOGURT and apple sauce or grated apples in your banana bread recipe! Trust me, It will make a whole lot of difference! The kids looove to bring it to school for snack. NUT FREE! so it's safe to bring to school you guys! ????

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp of salt (or a pinch)
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3 over riped bananas *
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple sauce **
1/4 cup plain yogurt
125ml vegetable oil
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes to 1 hour
*The riper the banana, the better and sweeter for this recipe. There's no need to mash the heck out of them. Just roughly mash them, it adds more moist to the bread.
** I used an apple sauce in this video. But you can also peel 1 apple and grate it, I have done it many times. The outcome is sooo good. Bananas and apple in your bread! Yum!
