Ingredients:
230 g rolled oats(2 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder(6 g)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium apples
3 eggs(separate the yolks from whites)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g dried cranberries(1/4 cup)
a pinch of salt
bake 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F

Diabexy flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Diabexy sugar 3 tbsp
Salted butter 100g
Chopped pistachio 50 g
???? Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Also add the diabexy sugar to it and mix well.
???? In another bowl whip the cold butter until it is light and airy.3-5 minutes with an electric whisk or 10 minutes with a hand whisk.
???? Add the dry ingredients to the whipped butter and mix gently until a dough is formed.
???? To a piping bag add a wide piping tip and fill it with the cookie dough.
???? Make the cookie pattern as shown and add chopped pista on top.
???? Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
???? Let it cool for 30 minutes on a wire rack and then serve.

Hey everyone ! My today’s recipe is one of our favorite tea time snack which I think we , as a country, just can’t live without! It's none other than Biscuits !
These are not just any other biscuits, I have given them a healthy twist by packing them with healthy and wholesome ingredients such as ragi (finger millet), whole wheat, oats hence they are much more nutritious than any store bought biscuits.
Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
(Gehun ka atta)
Ragi Flour/ Nachni Atta - 1/2 Cup
(Finger Millet)
Instant Oats/ Rolled Oats - 1/2 Cup
Jaggery Powder - 1/4th Cup or 4tbsp
Cardamom Powder(Elaichi) - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini) - 1/4th tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4th tsp
Ghee - 4 tbsp
(Or use Virgin Coconut Oil/Butter)
Mix all the Ingredients Well
Mixture will become Sandy
Add water to make a Hard Dough
Add little water at a time
Divide the dough into equal parts
Roll out evenly, slightly thick
Cut out Circles using a Cookie Cutter
Make holes using toothpick/skewer/fork
place the cookies on a plate with butter paper on it
Place in a Pre-heated kadhai
Bake Cookies for 30-35 mins on LOW FLAME, or till done
For Oven,
Take cookies on a baking tray lined with butter paper
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins
Allow the cookies to cool down completely
Store in an Airtight Container

INGREDIENTS-
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg ( substitute it with mixture of 2 tbsp powdered flax seeds and 5 tbsp water)
1 + 1/2 cup ground almonds/ almond flour ( simply process almonds in a blender into a fine powder. Do not blend for too long otherwise It will form almond butter)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar free dark chocolate
NOTE- there is no sugar in the chocolate. It depends completely on the little sweetness from almonds and chocolate. If you wish you can add Erythritol/ Stevia into your dough.
