Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Recipe

In this video April makes a recipe for Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus! This is a dish that is so pretty and perfect for entertaining, and it's so easy to make. April also adds a secret ingredient that adds some extra richness and flavor.

Ingredients:

1 lb Asparagus, stems removed
6 Thin Slices Prosciutto
1/4 Cup Herbed or Plain Low Fat Cream Cheese
Juice from 1/2 of a Lemon
1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Take half of one slice of prosciutto and spread on a teaspoon of cream cheese
Take 3 Asparagus and wrap them in the prosciutto slice
Continue until all asparagus are wrapped and place them on a baking sheet
Sprinkle Lemon Juice, oil, salt, and pepper evenly over the asparagus
Bake for 15 minutes, and enjoy!

Today I'm showing you how to make grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus on the Weber Kettle with the Slow 'N Sear. It's a 2 ingredient recipe that is super easy to make. The prosciutto is naturally oily and salty so by wrapping the asparagus, we don't need to use salt or oil. It's one of my favorite grilled side dishes.
