Ingrediënten voor 4 personen:
- 500 gram pasta, bijvoorbeeld fusilli
- 150 milliliter olijfolie extra vierge
- 5 grote tenen knoflook
- 1 rode peper
- 10 gram verse peterselie
- 200 gram groene aspergetips
- 20 gram pijnboompitten
- 6 sjalotten
- versgemalen zwarte peper
- zout

Asparagus Pasta Recipe- makes two large servings or 3-4 small servings
Ingredients
Asparagus- 8-12 Asparagus (seperate tips & slice thin the stem, remove butt end)
Sun dried tomatoes- 2-3 tbsp chopped
Parmesan
Garlic- lots (2 cloves minced/ 2 cloves chopped)
Shallot- 1 Diced
Vegetable stock- ⅔ Cup
Olive oil
Spaghetti - ⅓ package
All Clad Pan i used for this dish

Here's a great alternative to the heavy creamy pasta we all like to indulge in from time to time. As always, we used my @boschhomesa ErgoMixx blender.
????INGREDIENTS
1 small bunch of spring onion
300g asparagus
Olive oil
300g frozen peas
1 big bunch of mint
1tbsp plain flour (Or gluten free variant)
250ml almond milk
250ml coconut milk
320g gluten free spaghetti
Garnish with parmesan
????METHOD
Roughly slice spring onions and asparagus stalks, leaving the tips whole and put into a medium pan with 2 tbsp olive oil and peas, add most of the mint.
Stir in the flour, pour the milk and coconut cream and bring to a boil, then simmer.
Boil the pasta until cooked.
Using stick blender, puree the asparagus sauce until smooth.
Add pasta to sauce , mix and serve topped with parmesan.

Few reasons to enjoy asparagus: it contains an incredible amount of folic acid (a 5.3 ounce serving provides 60% of the recommended daily allowance for folacin, wow!), it is a good source of potassium and has a very delicate and unique taste.
Today I'm suggesting you two recipes: a pasta with asparagus sauce for the whole family and an asparagus puree' for your little ones. Same ingredients, two results!

Cooking asparagus can't be easier with this recipe! Make sure you wash your asparagus well before cooking. It's a perfect side dish for any meat or fish and should not take more than 15 minutes to cook!
Ingredients:
300-400 g of asparagus
3 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Dried chili powder
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
