How To make Arm& Hammer Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
2 c Flour, unsifted
1 c Sugar
1 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
1/2 ts Arm & Hammer Baking Soda
1 c Masked ripe bananas (about
3 small)
1/2 c Butter or margarine
2 x Eggs
1 c Mini semi-sweet chocolate
Chips 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Directions: Lightly greast the bottom only of a 9-1/4 by 5-1/4 by 2-3/4 inch loaf pan. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except small chocolate chips and walnuts; blend well on medium speed. Stir in small chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake at 350 for 60 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Lactation Cookies : increase breast milk supply
Hello All!
Here is a video I created on how to make the best, soft, delicious Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Lactation Cookies. Everyone can enjoy, even if you are not looking to boost your milk supply. Lol
I decided to create this video for mother's who have a low supply of milk and want to increase their amount asap. I know how sad and discouraging it is not being able to produce as much milk for breastfeeding baby, so I hope this video can help you. I was in the hospital for Christmas week 2018, going in I was pumping on average 120ml per breast but because I had a couple surgeries and was in heavy anesthesia and pain medicine I could not give my baby my milk. With everything I was given, my milk supply became extremely low. When I came home, I was pumping less than 20ml, both breasts combined. I was afraid I would lose my milk. Day 2 of being back home, I decided to stop taking the heavy pain medication given to me and only stuck to Tylenol. I was in extreme pain but I really was determined to start breastfeeding my baby again. My baby was 7 weeks old and for the time I was gone, he went on formula. I was worried he wouldn't want mother's milk anymore, especially since I wasn't producing enough to nourish him or make him full. I started looking online where I can purchase cookies for lactating mothers. I used to buy them at Baby's R Us but since they went out of business, everywhere I went only had the small cookies and were very expensive for very little cookies. I love to cook and bake and thought it could not be that hard to make them. I read as many recipes I wanted to try but non of them turned out the way I wanted so I started miss-matching different recipes until I was able to put together something that I liked...not too sweet, not bland...but soft, delicious, and fulfilling.
This recipe makes 20 large cookies using a regular sized ice cream scoop. I ate 2-3 everyday and noticed a big difference on my milk production. Within a day I doubled my supply and each day I was more full. It took me about 3 days to go back to my original numbers in pumping. Just a disclaimer, every mother produces milk differently, it may or may not help(I am hoping it does help you). I hope you enjoy, please let me know how they go and what changes you have made to make them customizable to ur needs. Were they effective for you?
Ingredients: (you can use any version of each ingredient- these are the brands that I have used for this recipe)
3 cups of flour (Gold Medal All Purpose Flour)
1 teaspoon baking soda (Arm & Hammer Baking Soda)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (Simply balanced Organic Ground Cinnamon)
3 tablespoon brewer's yeast (Solgar Brewer's Yeast)
1 teaspoon salt (Morton Natural Sea Salt)
1 cup butter (Land O Lakes)
*3/4 cup granulated sugar (C&H Pure Cane Sugar) ***not confectioner sugar- made a typo in the video***
3/4 brown sugar (Signature Select Dark Brown Sugar)
2 eggs (Market Essentials Large Grade AA)
1/4 cup water (Market Essentials Purified Drinking Water)
3 tablespoons flax seed (Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal)
1 cup oatmeal (Quaker Oats Old Fashioned)
1 cup chocolate chips (Nestle Milk Chocolate Chips)
