Beef - 1 kg
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1½ Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - 2 Teaspoons
Garam Masala - 1½ Teaspoon (OR) Meat Masala - 2 Teaspoons
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1½ + ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 2 Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 8 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - ¼ Cup (60 ml)
Onion (സവോള) - 2 Nos (Medium Size) - 250 gm
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 3 Sprigs
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - 1½ + 1 Teaspoon
Ghee (നെയ്യ്) - 1 Tablespoon
