How To make Microwave Creamy Fudge
1 1/2 c Sugar
12 oz Evaporated milk
1/4 c Butter or margarine
2 c Miniature marshmallows
12 oz Chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped nuts (optional)
Mix sugar, milk, butter and a dash of salt in a 3 quart microwave safe bowl. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microcook on high 4 minutes. Uncover, Microcook 10 minutes more, stirring every 3 minutes. Continue cooking, stirring every 2 minutes, until candy thermometer reads 234 to 240 degrees. (soft ball stage). Stir in marshmallows and chocolate
chips and nuts if using. Stir vigorously until creamy and slightly glossy. Spread in a buttered 11x7 pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. From the recipe files of Sheila Exner - September 1991

1 Minute Microwave HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE - Easy HOT CHOCOLATE! Learn how to make a delicious easy hot chocolate using your microwave!

1 Minute MICROWAVE HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE ( Makes 1 serving! )
- 160g Milk (2/3 cup)
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 50g Dark Chocolate CUT INTO SMALL PIECES ( 1.5 ounces)
**For a THIN Hot Chocolate microwave this mixture anywhere between 1 minute - 1 minute and 30 seconds or until HOT.*
**For a CREAMY Hot Chocolate microwave for 1 full minute. Give it a mix and microwave again for an additional 2 minutes.

Fool-Proof Homemade Fudge takes just 5 minutes to make and only requires a handful of ingredients for perfectly smooth and creamy fudge every time.

✅Ingredients
• 1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring in between.
4️⃣ Pour into the prepared pan and spread out with a rubber spatula.
5️⃣ Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into small pieces for serving. Store in the fridge.

???? Nut Fudges????: stir in 1/2 cup roughly chopped nuts (pecan, walnut, or almond). Consider replacing all or part of the vanilla extract with the corresponding nut extract.
???????? White Chocolate Fudge????????: replace semi-sweet chocolate chips with white chocolate chips.
???? Marbled Fudge????: make half of the recipe with white chocolate chips and the other half with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spoon each into prepared pan to dot the bottom then use a butter knife or toothpick to swirl together.
???? Mint Chocolate Fudge????: replace vanilla extract with 1 teaspoon peppermint extract.

15 Minute Microwave Fudge
Hey Guys! This is a Quick & Delicious Microwave Fudge recipe that only takes 15 minutes to make. This is a perfect treat to satisfy a quick craving and is easy enough for anyone to make.
Here is what you'll need!
Just 4 INGREDIENTS
500g Icing Sugar
100g Softened Butter
1 tin Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
PREPARATION
1. Mix the icing sugar, butter and condensed milk into a large microwavable bowl.
2. Melt in the microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Whisk.
4. Melt in the microwave for 10 minutes. Stopping it every 2 minutes to mix it. Avoid it from boiling over.
5. Take it out of the microwave. Add and mix in the vanilla essence.
6. Pour into a tray and allow it to cool.
7. Cut into bite-sized pieces and VOILA!
8. Enjoy!
