How To make Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies/Diabetic
1/3 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Diet margarine
4 tb Peanut butter
1 tb Brown sugar replacement
1/2 c Granulated sugar replacement
1 Egg; well beaten
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet lightly. Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Work margarine and peanut butter with spoon until creamy; gradually add brown sugar replacement, continue working until light. Add granulated sugar replacement and egg; beat well. Mix in dry ingredients thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet; flatten with tines of fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake until done, 8-10 minutes. Makes 18 cookies. Nutritional information per cookie: calories - 45 Diabetic Exchanges per cookie: 1/4 Bread, 1/2 Fat, 1/4 Lean Meat. -----

LOW CARB Peanut Butter Cookies????1.5 Net Carbs Each!!!
Only 1.5 net carbs each! Soft Batch Peanut Butter Cookies that are keto, low carb & diabetic friendly????
Recipe makes 21 cookies
1 cup no sugar added Peanut butter, I used Smuckers
1 cup keto brown sugar, I used @SwerveSweetener
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix well. Using a Tablespoon, divide into 21 cookies. Roll into balls. Use fork to make a crisscross design. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min. Do not over cook. These are dangerously delicious! Be careful????

Here is what you'll need to make these tasty sugar free yummies...
3-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Makes roughly cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
100 grams of stevia.
1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC / 350ºF
2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, stevia, and egg.
3. Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
4. For extra decoration and to make them cook more evenly, flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
6. Remove from baking sheet and cool.

Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:
1 Cup (256 grams) natural peanut butter
1 Egg ... *Add 2 extra yolks (some people have said their cookies were on the dryer side)
1/2 Cup (80-90g) Erythritol
Cookie Instructions:
Pre-heat your oven to 350 Degrees
In a large bowl add/weigh all of your ingredients
Mix all of the ingredients together with a spatula until a thick dough forms
One the dough forms, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and add 12 cookies to the sheet using a cookie scoop
Bake the cookies for 5-6 minutes, score the tops with a fork, and then cook an additional 5-6 minutes
Cool the cookies completely in the tray, and then transfer them to a plate
Macros per cookie:

Fiber: 1.5g
Protein: 6g
