How To make Peanut Butter Cookies 2
1 1/3 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
2 Egg whites; whipped
1/2 c Margarine; softened
1/2 c Peanut butter
2 ts Vanilla
Granulated sugar
Preheat oven at 375. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, and baking soda. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, margarine, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. If necessary, cover and chill till easy to handle. Then, roll dough into 1" balls and place 2" apart on unprepared baking sheet. Using the tines of a fork dipped in additional sugar, flatten balls to about 1/4" thick by pressing fork in two directions to form crisscross marks. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly brown. -----

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
A new variation of the classic no bake cookie: Peanut Butter No Bakes! These are all peanut butter without any chocolate - they're so easy and don't need an oven. They've been called the BEST cookies EVER by tasters!

INGREDIENTS
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter diced
1 ¾ cups (350g) granulated sugar
½ cup (118ml) nonfat milk
½ cup (133g) creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups (243g) quick cooking oats
INSTRUCTIONS
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
It’s very important that all your ingredients are measured and ready to go before you start and make sure you’ve read the directions before making these cookies. The process goes fast!
Melt the butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and milk. Whisk until smooth then bring to a boil and cook for about 1 ½ minutes, stirring occasionally. NOTE: you MUST boil them long enough or they will not set. To be sure of this, boil the mixture until it reaches 230°F on a candy or instant read thermometer. If you do not have a thermometer, this will take about 1 ½ minutes on medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, salt, vanilla, and oats.
Use a cookie scoop to drop 2 tablespoon size balls of cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Let sit to set or chill to harden quicker.

Ingredients for making peanut butter cookies:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions for making the best chewy peanut butter cookies:
- First in a large bowl add your all-purpose flour
- Then add in your baking powder
- Now mix everything together with a whisk
- In a separate bowl add in your unsalted butter
- Followed by adding your brown sugar
- Now add in your white sugar to the bowl
- And season lightly with your salt
- Now mix everything together with a whisk
- Then add in your peanut butter to the bowl
- And then add in your crunchy peanut butter
- Combine all the ingredients together
- Now add your egg into the bowl
- Then add your vanilla extract to the bowl
- Now mix everything together with a whisk
- Combine the ingredients from both bowls together
- Form dough balls and lay them out on a baking sheet
- Flatten them by hand and make a criss cross pattern on top
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes
- Your chewy peanut butter cookies are now ready to eat
