7. A cup and a half of milk use as needed
8. One cup of blueberries
Steps
1. Put two cups of whole wheat flour in a medium sized Bowl
2. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder
3. ½ teaspoon salt
4. 2 heaping teaspoons of brown sugar or one fourth cup
5. Stir all the dry ingredients together
6. Add one egg
7. One teaspoon vanilla
8. Add 1½ cup of milk as needed until the mixture is that the consistency that you desire
9. Add I cup of blueberries
10. heat pan with the oil you desire use cooking spray or what you prefer

WHOLE WHEAT BLUEBERRY PANCAKE
Yield: 4 Pancakes
1 Cup Wheat Flour 1 ½ Cup Whole Milk 1/4 Tsp Salt 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence ½ Tsp Baking Powder ½ Tsp Baking Soda 4 Tsp Oil 1/2 Cup Blueberries Butter Maple Syrup
Tips : 1)Sift the flour well to aerate the flour for fluffy pancakes. Do not skip this step .
2) Do not over-mix the batter , lumpy batter is okay. Over mixing the batter will make pancakes chewy.
Fluffy wholegrain blueberry pancakes – Savory
Light and fluffy and filled with fruit and fiber. You can use frozen blueberries if you like. Don’t thaw before using.
Ingredients 3 eggs 1 cup white whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder 2/3 cup 2% milk 2 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp butter + extra to serve ½ pint fresh blueberries Maple syrup, to serve (optional)
Preparation Separate the eggs. Place the egg whites in a grease-free bowl and the yolks in a large mixing bowl. Sift the flour and baking powder over the egg yolks, add the milk and beat with a whisk until you get a smooth batter. Whisk in the sugar. Beat the egg whites until stiff, about 5 min. Fold the egg whites gently into the batter. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet and ladle in 3 3-inch diameter pancakes. Top each pancake with a few fresh blueberries. Cook over medium heat 2-3 min. Flip and continue cooking an additional 2-3 min. Repeat with remaining batter (you should get 16 pancakes). Serve with butter and syrup.

INGREDIENTS: - 1 small egg - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 cup + 1 tbsp almond milk - add more as needed - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 3/4 cup whole wheat flour - 1/4 cup rolled oats - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp cinnamon - OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup blueberries
METHOD: 1. Mix together your ingredients. 2. Heat a nonstick griddle to 350 F and grease with coconut oil. 3. Use 1/4 cup at a time and cook about 7 minutes total. 4. Top with maple syrup and/or a berry compote and enjoy!
