How To make Warm Lobster Taco with Yellow Tomato Salsa
4 Whole lobsters (1 lb each)
3 tb Corn oil
6 Whole flour tortillas, 7
-inches each 1 c Tillamook Jalapeno Jack
-cheese, grated 1 c Spinach leaves, shredded
Yellow Tomato Salsa: 4 c Yellow cherry tomatoes or 1
-lb yellow tomatoes 1 Whole shallot, large, finely
-minced 1 Whole garlic clove, finely
-minced 2 tb Fresh cilantro, finely
-minced 1 tb Champagne or white wine
-vinegar 2 Whole Serrano Chilies,
-seeded and minced 2 ts Lime juice
Salt to taste 1 tb Maple syrup (if tomatoes
-aren't sweet) To make Yellow Tomato Salsa, in a food processor, using steel blade, process tomatoes until well chopped. Don't puree. Combine tomatoes and their juices with shallot, garlic, cilantro, vinegar, chilies, lime juice, salt, and mix well. Add maple syrup, if needed, to balance flavor and slightly sweeten. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until very cold. To make taco, fill large stock pot with lightly salted water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add lobsters and cook for about 8 minutes or until just done. Drain and let lobsters cool slightly. Remove meat from lobster tails, careful not to tear it apart. Cut meat into thin medallions (or medium size dice, if meat breaks apart). Heat oil in medium saute pan, over medium heat and saute lobster medallions until just heated through. Spoon equal portions warm lobster medallions into center of each warm flour tortilla. Sprinkle each with equal portions of grated cheese and shredded spinach. Roll into cylinder shape and place each one on warm serving plate with the edge facing bottom. Surround the taco with Yellow Tomato Salsa.

Found Cancer in my Chicken Meat ???? #Shorts
Today I was quartering a chicken and found large masses of cancer in the chicken breasts. I have never seen this in chicken meat before. I have heard of cancer in pork meat but never seen it in chicken before. This is an example of why you should quarter your own chickens because you can see everything and discard the meat instead of just cutting around it. The grocery store refunded me and gave me a new chicken that was fine. In all my years first time seeing this. Let me know in comments if you have ever seen this before. #shorts

How to make Lemon Butter Sauce
Yield 3oz of sauce
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
7 Tablespoons Salted butter
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sugar to taste (if sauce is too acidic)

So, you've made miso soup and miso ramen and you have a container of miso at the back of your fridge gathering dust. What is a resourceful cook to do? I'll tell you: make this five minute miso sauce that makes literally everything it touches better. Plus, you can make this sauce with ingredients you already have in your kitchen!
Recipe for 2 servings of miso sauce:
Mix together in a small bowl and set aside:
3 tablespoon (45 gram) water
One tablespoon (20 gram) miso paste
Two tablespoon (45 gram) fruit jam, jelly or preserve
Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat and add:
1/2 teaspoon (3 gram) garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon (3 gram) ginger, grated
Stir until fragrant
Add miso mixture to pan and heat until thickened, 2-3 minutes
Turn off heat and add:
2 tablespoon (28 gram butter)
Swirl pan until butter is emulsified
Season with a squeeze of lemon juice
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Strain through fine mesh strainer such as a chinois or tamis for a smoother sauce.
