World's-Best Texas Red Chili - WITH BEANS!!!!
This is the easiest and most tasty chili recipe I've ever made. I start with fresh garlic, onion, and jalapeño peppers. I saute' those in olive oil before adding 2 lbs. of farm fresh ground beef. To that, I add 32oz. of chicken broth, 2 regular cans of drained kidney beans, 3 regular cans of organic tomato sauce, and somewhere between a 1/2 and a whole cup of Briggs TRUE Texas Chili Mix and Seasoning. Finally, I garnish the chili with fresh chopped cilantro. I've made lots of chili over the past 10 years or so, and I will assure you this is among the best recipes for chili I've ever had....SO GOOD!

Texas chili means two things in Texas: no beans and tomatoes. But this recipe isn't about what you would expect from its name - it's much more flavorful than any other chili out there, thanks to fresh peppers and quality dried chiles creating the perfect spice blend and balance.
