1 egg, room temperature
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt to taste
For the Sour Cream -
Heavy Cream (284g)
1 tbsp. or more of lemon juice (or white vinegar)
salt to taste
Mix with -
1 small block of blue cheese (slightly frozen and grated)
