Easy Candied Pecans
Candied Cinnamon Pecans are a perfect snack for any holiday gathering. They also make a great gift — just put them in a glass jar and add a colorful ribbon
Ingredients:
• 4 cups pecan halves
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together.
2. Spread mixture on an aluminum foil-covered cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
3. Break apart, let cool and enjoy!

These easy Candied Pecans are crunchy and sweet and great for topping on salads, as part of a charcuterie board, giving as holiday gifts, or to enjoy as a snack. Any nut can be substituted, and they can be made in the oven or on the stove!

Ingredients
▢ 1/2 cup granulated sugar
▢ 1/2 cup light brown sugar
▢ 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
▢ 1 teaspoon salt
▢ 16 ounces unsalted pecans halves , (about 4 cups)
▢ 1 large egg white
▢ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢ 1 teaspoon water

Candied Pecans ~ A Great Treat for a Bad Day
Candied Pecans
1 pound pecan halves
1 egg white
1 Tbls water
1 cup sugar
2 heaping tsp of cinnamon
pinch of salt
Mix cinnamon & sugar abd set a side.
Wisk egg white and water until frothy. Add Pecans to egg mixture a f stir until Pecans are coated well. add cinnamon sugar mixture and stir again until Pecans are coated.
bake in a preheated 250° oven stirring ever 15 minutes for 1 hour
