20 lg Fresh mushrooms 2 tb Butter or margarine 1/4 c Finely chopped red pepper 1/2 c Heavy cream 1/3 c Crumbled blue cheese 1 1/2 c Cooked rice 1 tb Minced fresh basil 1/8 ts Ground white pepper Clean mushrooms with damp paper towel. Remove mushroom stems; finely chop stems and set aside. Saute mushroom caps in butter in skillet until almost tender; drain on paper towels. Saute mushroom stems and red pepper in skillet. Add cream; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add cheese; cook until melted. Stir in rice, basil, and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon rice mixture into mushroom caps. Place mushroom caps in greased shallow baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain on paper towels. Garnish stuffed mushrooms with basil. Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients:-
- 10 - 15 Button Mushrooms - 2 tbsp Oil - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds - Green Chilli (chopped) - 1 tsp Garlic (chopped ) - 1 tsp Ginger ( chopped ) - 1 cup Red Onions (chopped) - Salt - 1/2 cup Tomatoes - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder - Button Mushroom (chopped) - 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves ( chopped) - Processed Cheese - 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 cup Process Cheese - Oil - Coriander Leaves

Stuffed mushrooms are a dish prepared using edible mushrooms as its primary ingredient. Many fillings can be used, and the dish is typically baked or broiled. It can be served hot or at room temperature and is sometimes served cold. The dish can have a meaty texture and serves as an hors d'oeuvre, side dish, or snack.
Blue Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
There is no need to wait for a special occasion to enjoy these flavor-packed appetizers!
Ingredients 1 lb. white mushrooms 1 c. chopped walnuts 5 oz. blue cheese 1 c. arugula, chopped 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided salt and pepper
Directions Wipe mushrooms with paper towel to remove dirt. Remove stems and set them aside for the filling.
In a bowl, mix walnuts, panko, blue cheese, arugula, & 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Chop and sauté mushroom stems in the other tablespoon of olive oil.
Stuff mushrooms and place on baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
