How To make Spicy Apple Nut Bread
2 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1 tb Cinnamon
1 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Nutmeg
3/4 c Walnuts; chopped
2/3 c Oil
2/3 c Honey
2 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 md Granny smith apples; grated
Stir flour, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and walnuts together. In a separate bowl, blend oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened. Gently fold in grated apple. Pour batter into an oiled 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Welcome to Red Cardinal Kitchen! This easy-to-make, full-of-flavor Deliciously Spiced Apple-Nut Quick Bread is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy flavors that will be a hit with your family and friends or at your next gathering.

First, we add the wet ingredients and then stir until everything is combined.
Now we add those tender bits of apples, nuts, and spice as it tantalizes our taste buds as we mix in the dry ingredients until everything is evenly distributed.
Finally, we pour our batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Happy Eating!
A 9×5-sized bread loaf pan serves around 16 slices.

Preparations:
Set the range oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Grease or spray a 9X5-sized loaf bread pan
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup honey
1 ½ tsp each of vanilla and almond extracts
One pinch of salt
3 cups cooked diced apples
2 cups all-purpose flour
One teaspoon of baking soda
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt ½ cup mixed fruit and nuts
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, blend brown sugar, butter, and honey
Add vanilla and almond extracts and a pinch of salt. Fold in cooked diced apples.
In another bowl, add soda, spice, salt, and mixed nuts to the flour
Add flour mixture to sugar and apples; gently fold in
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the top of the bread is slightly cracked
When done, the sides will come away from the sides of the pan
Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, take out, and place on a rack to cool for at least 10 minutes more before slicing.
