How To make Spicy Apple Nut Bread
2 c Whole wheat pastry flour
1 tb Cinnamon
1 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Nutmeg
3/4 c Walnuts; chopped
2/3 c Oil
2/3 c Honey
2 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 md Granny smith apples; grated
Stir flour, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and walnuts together. In a separate bowl, blend oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened. Gently fold in grated apple. Pour batter into an oiled 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Gingerade Spiced Apple Bread | GT's Kombucha
Enjoy togetherness this holiday season by breaking bread with a loaf of Gingerade Apple Spice Bread, crafted with GT's KOMBUCHA Gingerade.
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups gluten free all-purpose flour (I use bobs red mill all-purpose baking flour)
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons xanthum gum
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 ½ cups applesauce
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup GT’s KOMBUCHA Gingerade
2 teaspoons vanilla
⅔ cup fresh peeled and chopped apple
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray or brush with coconut oil
In the bowl of a standing mixer, combine all of the dry ingredients.
Add the applesauce, oil, coconut milk, kombucha, and vanilla then whisk until well combined. Gently fold in the apples and transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly into the pan.
Bake the loaf for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the loaf from the oven and then let cool before sprinkling with powdered sugar. Slice and serve. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Ingredients:
Apple Mix:
20 g granulated sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
5 small apples, peeled and diced
Cake Mix:
400 g flour
50 g granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
300 ml milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Brown Sugar Mix:
150 g brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp sunflower oil or 120 g melted butter
Glaze:
200 g icing sugar
70 ml milk
9'' X 13'' (23-CM X 33-CM) PAN
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 30-40 mins, but keep an eye on it.
Test with a toothpick for doneness!
NOTE: You can adjust the quantity of sugar to suit your taste. Feel free to use less sugar if you prefer a less sweet cake.Enjoy! ????????
