Soft Chicken Tacos Recipe

Bring taco night back to the house with this healthy meal. Serve with Pico de Gallo or Tomatillo Salsa for added Mexican flavor. Learning to prepare this recipe teaches students grilling techniques, as well as knowledge about Mexican spices and basic salsas. Thigh meat makes these tacos especially moist, but you can use breast meat instead. Serve with Pico de Gallo or Tomatillo Salsa.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3 tacos)
Preparation
Prepare grill.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; rub spice mixture over chicken.
Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 10 minutes on each side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes; chop.
Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide chicken evenly among tortillas; top each tortilla with 2 tablespoons cabbage and 1 teaspoon cheese. Serve with sour cream, if desired.

TACO TUESDAY???? | How To Make Steak Tacos At Home | Authentic Mexican Style
Want some Authentic Mexican Tacos? But can’t leave the house? Here’s a GREAT recipe that’s easy, quick, and delicious!
Here’s what you’ll need:
• Flank or Skirt Steak
• 1 Raw Onion
• Fresh Cilantro
• 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
• Fresh Lime Juice
• 5 TSP of Soy Sauce
• 2 TSP of Vinegar
• 3 TSP of Cumin
• 1 TSP of Black Pepper
• 1 TSP onion powder
• 2 TSP of Minced Garlic
• Tortillas
• Salsa Verde Either from scratch or store bought.
I’ll be showing you guys how to make Salsa Verde from scratch NEXT taco Tuesday.
Instructions:
1. Dice Steak.
2. Pour garlic, dry seasonings, olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, and orange juice over your steaks and cover. Let marinate for up to 4 hours
3. Dice Onion and Cilantro. Set aside.
4. In a cast iron skillet, pour olive oil and cook steaks until desired temperature. I suggest medium well for steak tacos.
5. After cooking stovetop, Broil for 2-3 mins constantly watching to avoid overcooking.
6. Warm tortillas in skillet or oven and fill with your steak, onions and cilantro.
7. Serve hot with Salsa Verde on top OR dip your entire taco inside. Enjoy.

3 tbsps. sour cream
1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lime juice
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp. Tony Sachere's creole seasoning
1 old bay
1 tbsp. paprika
1 cup cub soda
