How To make Sos In White Sauce
Servings: 8 1 lb Ground chuck
6 c Milk
4 Butter or margarine
1/2 c Flour
4 Salt
1 Pepper
1. In a skillet, brown ground chuck. Drain.
2. Add butter, salt, pepper, and milk. Stir.
3. In a separate container, mix water with the flour until a thick
paste is made. 4. When the milk in the skillet gets warm, almost to a boil, slowly
add flour paste until the mixture thickens to the desired constancy. 5. Serve over toast, bread, waffles or muffins.

►1 lb white mushrooms thickly sliced
►1 small onion finely chopped
►3 cloves garlic minced
►3 1/2 cups half and a half *
►1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
►1 tsp sea salt or to taste, plus more for pasta water
►1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
►3 Tbsp olive oil divided
►1 Tbsp butter
*To substitute half and half, use equal parts of milk and heavy cream

Hey y'all! Welcome to another cook with me, where I break down some of my favorite dishes that you can try in your kitchen. Today we are making Haitian Sos Pwa Blanc, which is a White Bean Sauce that I paired with some White Rice. The meat is also optional. Hope you enjoy and thanks for watching =)
Ingredients:
-Beef Stew Meat (I seasoned and cleaned the night prior)
-Ragu or Prego
-Great White Northern Beans (I used 2 packs of Madame Gougousse)
-Olive Oil
-1 White Onion
-Garlic Cloves
-Butter (I used Ghee, which is a clarified butter)
Seasoning- to your preference and taste!
-Thyme, Black Ground Pepper, All Purpose Seasoning (Mrs. Dash), Oregano, Rosemary, Parsley Flakes, Adobo
