White Sauce Pasta
Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Boneless chicken strips 400 g
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Boiled Pasta:
Water as required
Salt 1 tsp
Penne pasta 2 cups
Ingredients for White Sauce Pasta:
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 2 cups
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 ½ cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Penne pasta (boiled) 2 cups
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
Ingredients for garnishing:
Black olives (sliced) as required
Oregano as required
Red chili flakes as required
Parsley as required
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add boneless chicken, soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper and vinegar mix it well. Now shallow fry it for 3-4 mins or until fully cooked. Set aside.
Directions for Boiled Pasta Preparation:
2. In a pot heat water, add salt and bring it to a boil. Add penne pasta and boil until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
Directions for White Sauce Pasta Preparation:
3. In a preheated pan add oil and garlic, sauté it for a minute.
4. Now add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream, NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk, and cook for 1-2 mins.
5. Add oregano, red chili flakes, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and mix it well. Add cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts.
6. Now add boiled penne pasta, prepared chicken and cook for 1-2 mins.
7. Your white sauce pasta is ready. Garnish it with black olives, oregano, red chili flakes, parsley and serve.
Prep time: 25-30 min
Cooking time: 10-15 mins
Servings: 4-5

NOTE!!! the cheese and ham that I used plus the water used to boil the pasta
are already salty.. That's why I didn't add any more salt to this dish. Always taste before adding more salt..
INGREDIENTS
-6cups water
-1Tbsp salt
-2cups Penne pasta or about 180g
-3pcs thin sliced ham chopped
-about 1/4cup chopped carrot
-about 1/4cup sweet corn kernels (you could use mixed veggies if you prefer)
-ground black pepper
-100g butter
-6cloves garlic chopped
-3 and 1/2Tbsp flour
-370ml evaporated milk
-about 1/2 to 3/4cup water
-70g grated cheese
-ground black pepper
-1/2 to 1Tbsp chili flakes depending on preference (always taste before adding more)
-water used to boil the penne pasta (so don't discard)

Use this easy recipe to cook White Sauce #ChickenPasta at home. This #WhiteSauceChickenPasta is made using loads of cheese and the penne pasta variety to make this creamy. Your kids will love this #ChickenPastaRecipe.
White Sauce Chicken Pasta Recipe:
Chicken - 150 grams
Penne Pasta - 2 Cups / 150 grams
Water - 6 Cups / 1.5 Litres
Olive Oil - 3 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 Cups
Dried Oregano - ½ tsp
Dried Basil - ½ tsp
Salt - ¾ tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Cheddar Cheese - ½ Cup
Cooking Instructions:
1. Bring water to boil in a pot, cover and cook the pasta in the boiling water for 9 mins.
2. Drain the pasta and add 1 tsp of Olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking on to each other.
3. In a pan, add 1 tsp of Olive oil, and chicken. Season this with ¼ tsp of salt and ¼ tsp of pepper. Cook the chicken for 3 mins. Remove the chicken from the pan.
4. In the same pan, add 1 tsp of Olive oil, 1 tbsp of butter.
5. Add finely chopped garlic to the pan and saute for 30 seconds.
6. Add 2 tbsp of maida to the pan, stir until maida and butter are mixed.
7. Add milk to the pan.
8. Add oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
9. By the time the sauce comes together and starts to thicken, add ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese.
10. Add the cooked pasta and mix it with the sauce.
11. Add the cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
12. Remove from heat and serve.
