How To make Sherry Turkey Tetrazzini
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 lb Ground turkey
1 cn VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables
-(16 oz) 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
-(10.25 oz) 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
-(10.75 oz) 6 Servings of cooked spaghetti
-or pasta of your choice 1 c Milk
1 c Sliced mushrooms
1/4 c Sherry wine
1 c Parmesan cheese
1. Heat oil and cook turkey.
2. Drain VEG-ALL; reserve liquid and combine with soups, milk and wine.
3. Add soup mixture to spaghetti and wix with turkey, vegetables, mushrooms
and 3/4 cup parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. 4. Bake at 400'F. for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
1/2 cup butter
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced green bell pepper
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas
1/2 cup cooking sherry
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
paprika to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion and bell pepper and saute until tender. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth; cook, stirring, until heated through. Stir in pasta, Cheddar cheese, peas, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and chicken. Mix well and transfer mixture to a lightly greased 11x14 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until heated through.

Pronounced teh-trah-ZEE-nee, Turkey tetrazzini is an adaptation of chicken tetrazzini which is said to have been named after the famous opera singer Luisa Tetrazzini. This simple recipe combines pasta with chicken, or turkey, with a sherry-parmesan cheese cream sauce. It is commonly sprinkled with parmesan or breadcrumbs, or both, before baking until golden brown and bubble.
Turkey seemed to have really popularized this dish as a household casserole recipe in the early to the mid-20th century. It has also become a go-to meal for leftover turkey after Thanksgiving and Christmas. This easy-to-make dish can also be customized to your liking.
Ingredients for this recipe:
• ¼ cup unsalted butter
• 1 peeled and small diced yellow onion
• 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
• 2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms
• 2 finely minced cloves of garlic
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup sherry
• 3 cups chicken stock
