Hi Guys! I know its been some time since I filmed a video! So here we go! You know how life gets! Butttt I miss you just as much as you miss me, maybe even MORE! I wanted to bring to you guys, my rendition of the Bloves Smackalicious Sauce. So I decided to take a look at the ingredients, delete what wasnt appealing to my tastebuds and overload on what was. Annnnd from that Blove inspiration, we have created an offspring! The infamous Ginger Glaze Sauce! Perfect for Rotisserie chicken, baked flavored wings, and grilled foods. Not sure how its going to taste with Seafood, but when you try it, since im allergic, let me know!

Basic Beef Demi - Glace | Mother Sauce
I would like to show you how to make basic Beef Demi - Glace sauce which is much better than the ready made ones. To make this basic beef demi - glace we only need the beef bones with some marrow to make a nice beef demi-glace flavor. This beef demi-glace sauce is Beef Base for sauce and Stews. It can be used for making variety of sauces for your steaks and stewed dishes. To make beef demi-glace sauce commonly, we bake the bones using the oven but in this video I share the way making the sauce using a stock pot with the same result.
The ingredients are :
1 kg Beef bones
0.5 kg Beef bones with marrow
200 gr White onion
50 gr Garlic
100 gr Carrot
100 gr Celery
100 gr Leek
50 gr Tomato paste
50 gr Flour
Instructions:
Preheat the stock pot.
Add the oil.
Add the washed beef bones.
Add the vegetables
Add the tomato paste.
Add the flour.
Add cold water
Add black pepper and bay leaves.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 hours, or until the sauce has thickened and reduced by about half.
Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve.
Discard the solids.
Let the sauce cool completely.
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Here are some additional tips for making beef demi-glace:
Use high-quality beef bones for the best flavor.
Roast the bones until they are deeply browned for the most flavor.
Don't overcook the sauce, or it will become too thick.
Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any impurities.
Use the sauce within 3 days of making it, or freeze it for up to 3 months.
