Here’s the first in a series of how to make the food featured on popular TV shows.
Sal Minella Aprons:
SALMON MOUSSE RECIPE
GELATIN
1 Packet Gelatin
3 Tablespoons Water
In a small sauce pan sprinkle 1 packet gelatin over 3 Tablespoons cold water
Allow to sit 3 minutes
Stir over low heat until dissolved
Set aside to cool
SALMON MOUSSE
2 6oz Cans Salmon
3 Cups Sour Cream
Gelatin (See Above)
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic
1 Teaspoon Dill
Combine Salmon; Lemon Juice; Olive Oil; Salt; Pepper; Garlic; Dill in a large mixing bowl with a fork.
Fold in Sour Cream
Beat on High until smooth
Stir in Gelatin 1/3 at a time
Coat two soup bowls (or whatever mold you choose) with cooking spray
Pour in mixture
Allow to set at least four hours in fridge
Release from mold
Garnish with Dill and Everything Bagel Topping
