How To make Lamb Stock Great Chefs
Bones, lamb 3 tb Oil, olive
1 md Carrot, chopped
2 md Shallots, minced
1 Celery, stalk, chopped
1 tb Parsley, minced
4 md Tomatoes, peeled, seeded
-- chopped 1/2 c Wine, white
1/2 c Stock, veal

Ya'll have been asking for a recipe for my meat stock, so here you go!
This is the lamb meat stock, I've got a video coming for how I cook chicken meat stock coming next, and then beef :)
Recipe for my GAPS & Carnivore Friendly Lamb Meat Stock:
2 Lamb Shanks
3L water
2 tbs salt
Bring to boil then simmer for 3 hours or until the lamb meat falls off the bone
Drink daily to become a super human
