Rotel Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
The Creamiest Chicken Spaghetti Recipe - Loaded with tender chicken in an amazing creamy cheese sauce, this casserole is the ultimate comfort food! It's a delicious recipe and is a huge hit with your whole family!
INGREDIENTS
▢ 3 cups chicken breast cooked and diced
▢ 16 ounces spaghetti noodles break into 3 pieces
▢ 21 ounces cream of chicken soup that's two 10.5 ounce cans
▢ 10 ounces can of RoTel Tomatoes tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
▢ 6 ounces cream cheese
▢ 3 cups cheddar cheese
▢ 10 ounces evaporated milk
▢ 1 tablespoon ranch dressing (dry mix)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
2. Cook the pasta in well salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large pot, combine the Rotel tomatoes (undrained), cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk and cream cheese. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted.
4. Add the powdered ranch dressing, shredded chicken and cooked pasta. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and the dish is hot and bubbly.
6. To get the golden brown crust on top, place the Rotel Chicken Spaghetti casserole under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.

How to make the #best #chicken Rotel dip super #easy
Chicken Spaghetti-Easy-Tasty-So good! Crowd Pleaser!
A cheesy crowd pleaser! It is perfect for family gatherings and potlucks!
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 pounds chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 pound processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)
salt and pepper and garlic powder, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Boil chicken in a large pot of water. When chicken is done, remove from pot, shered and set aside. Put spaghetti in boiling water cook for 9 to 13 minutes, When done, drain water.
To a microwaveable bowl, add soup, diced tomatoes with chile peppers and cheese. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and microwave until cheese is melted, about 9 minutes. Remove from microwave, mix, spaghetti, chicken and cheese mixture together and ENJOY!
Buffalo Chicken Dip - crockpot recipe
Recipe:
1 c franks hot sauce
1/2 c ranch
1/2 c sour cream
1 lb cream cheese
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 c cooked chicken (shredded)
Place everything into the crock pot. Turn on to high and stir every 10-20 minutes until all cheese is melted and everything well combined.
My Momma’s Rotel Chicken Casserole | Marching In With Casseroles Collaboration 2022
When my mom made this casserole, we knew it was going to be a good day. It’s easy, a crowd pleaser, and quick to throw together.
To make it in the slow cooker:
1 to 1.5 lbs chicken, cooked and shredded
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 regular sized bad Doritos, crushed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c broth or water
1 or 2 cans Rotel, drained (your preference. Salsa can also be used)
Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Can be baked in the oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
