How To make Roomie's Sunday Dinner Zucchini Delight
3 Med zucchini, sliced
1 Lg Onion, sliced thin
1 Lg Green pepper, diced
8 oz Sour cream
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
8 oz Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mx
1 Stick (8 Tb.) butter
*Use undiluted mushroom soup 1. Cook zucchini, onion, and pepper until just tender and drain. 2. Combine sour cream and mushroom soup in a separate bowl. 3. Butter 10" baking dish. 4. Place half of the vegetable misture in dish; spread half of the sour cream/soup mixture over vegetables; cover with half the stuffing mix. 5. Sprinkle with half of the melted butter (or margerine) 6. Repeat for second layer. 7. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, or until
bubbly and top is browned.

Apple Spice Oatmeal:
Combined, 1 chopped apple with 2 tsp maple syrup, ¼ tsp cinnamon. Air fry 4-5 min at 380°F/193°C
Then add
½ c rolled oats
1 c milk
½ Tbsp. maple syrup
¼-½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Air fry 300°F/150°C 10-12 min.
Sautéed Cabbage:
1/2 small head green cabbage
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Oil
salt and pepper, to taste
350°F/193°C for 10 min, stir halfway
Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops:
2-4 pork chops, boneless
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
5-6 mushrooms
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Air fry pork chops at 380°F/193°C for 5-10 min.
In a skillet, Melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add the mushrooms. Add garlic, parsley and Italian seasoning. Stir and sizzle for an additional minute or so.
Add the chicken broth. Add the cream. Stir and simmer.
Buffalo Chicken Wraps
1.5 lbs chicken breasts
1/3 cup hot sauce + 2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup ranch
4 flour tortillas
Instructions
Cube the chicken into bite size pieces.
Add about half of buffalo sauce to chicken.
Air fry the chicken at 380°F/193°C for 6-8 min, flipping halfway through. Remove and stir in remaining buffalo sauce.
Add chicken, ranch, lettuce and toppings to tortillas.
Air fry 350°F/175°C for 2-3 min for warmed
(Frozen) Apple Turnovers
Air fry 350°F/175°C for 10-15 minutes
