COLESLAW
1/2 small cabbage
½ cup mayonnaise/dressing
1 tablespoon white vinegar
½ tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon celery seeds
Mix up dressing in bowl and top finely shredded cabbage. Will last several days in fridge.
CHEESE TAQUITOS
12 corn tortillas
6 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
salsa to taste -start with 1/4 cup
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or less (try to conserve cheese for other meals)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Heat tortillas in a small amount of oil first so that they won't crack when you roll the taquitos.
Mix all ingredients in bowl and then put small amount in tortilla and roll up. Fry to desired level of crispness then serve with salsa.
PULLED CHICKEN BARBECUE SANDWICHES
season 2 breasts with garlic salt and paprika. Place in crockpot with a small amount of water, or spray the crockpot to keep the chicken from sticking. Let cook in crockpot on high until finished, or low heat for longer time. Halfway through cooking add in half the bottle of barbecue sauce to cover the chicken. Every crockpot is different but you'll know when the breasts are done if internal temp is 165 or when you cut it in half the chicken is white and juices run clear. There shouldn't be any pink on the inside.
When it's finished, shred the chicken.
CROCKPOT TACO CHICKEN
season 2 breasts with taco seasoning. Place in crockpot with a small amount of water, or spray the crockpot to keep the chicken from sticking. Let cook in crockpot on high until finished or if you want to cook low and slow, then cook on low until finished.

THE BEST INDIAN DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS | 7 DAYS MEAL PLAN + MORE
THE BEST INDIAN DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Indian cuisine is known for its vibrant spices, fresh herbs and wide variety of rich flavors.
Though diets and preferences vary throughout India, most people follow a primarily plant-based diet. Around 80% of the Indian population practices Hinduism, a religion that promotes a vegetarian or lacto-vegetarian diet.
The traditional Indian diet emphasizes a high intake of plant foods like vegetables, lentils and fruits, as well as a low consumption of meat.
However, obesity is a rising issue in the Indian population. With the growing availability of processed foods, India has seen a surge in obesity and obesity-related chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes.
This video explains how to follow a healthy Indian diet that can promote weight loss. It includes suggestions about which foods to eat and avoid and a sample menu for one week.
