32 oz Refrigerated cookie dough - ("slice and bake" type) - (chocolate chip or - oatmeal chocolate chip) 10 1/2 oz Firm silken tofu 2 Eggs 1 c Sugar 1 t Vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften one roll of cookie dough. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Line the bottom with the softened cookie dough, spreading to all sides. In food processor bowl, combine tofu and remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread over cookie dough. Drop second roll of cookie dough by teaspoonful on top of filling. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Yields 24 to 36 bars. How to make Biscoff Cookie Dough Bars!

I can’t believe I haven’t made a Biscoff cookie dough bar before!! It’s basically two of my favourite things combined ????
These cookie bars are super soft and gooey and they’re packed with Lotus Biscoff spread and lots of chocolate chips ????

All you need is:
225g unsalted butter, softened 150g light brown sugar 75g granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 270g plain flour 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp salt 200g dark or milk chocolate chips 100g white chocolate chips 100g Biscoff spread, melted
Tin size: 8x10”
Bake 160C (fan) 20-25 mins or until there’s only a very slight wobble in the middle
Allow to cool fully in the tin ???? Refrigerate for a firmer cut ????
