How To make Quick Chili
Ingredients
1/2
pound
ground beef, extra lean
15
oz
kidney beans, drained, liquid reserved
1/3
cup
bean liquid
1
cup
tomato puree, canned, no salt added
1
tablespoon
onion, instant, minced
1 1/2
tablespoon
chili powder
Directions:
Cook beef in hot fry pan until lightly browned. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
This will make 4 servings of about 3/4 cup each.
Each serving has 230 calories, 9 grams of fat (3 grams of saturated fat), 34 milligrams of cholesterol and 390 milligrams of sodium.

Today's video will be a quick, easy and simple Chili recipe. It's very easy to make and save a bunch of time from making homemade Chili. The recipe is below and in the video. I hope you all enjoy the video. This simple recipe will taste like it's been cooking all day and no one will know the difference from chili being cook all day to chili only simmering 30 - 45 minutes.
5 lbs Of Ground Beef Or Ground Chuck
4 - 16 Oz Can Of Chili Beans
3 - 14.5 Oz Can Of Diced Tomatoes With Roasted Garlic And Onions
2 - 15 Oz Can Of Tomato Sauce (Second Can Optional)
3 - 1.25 Oz Pack Of McCormick Original Chili Season
Season ground beef with salt and black pepper. Brown beef and drain. Once drained, add all 3 packs of chili season (mix well), then add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and chili beans (mix well). Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.

The Best Homemade Chili Recipe???? | Easy Delicious Comfort Food
Hope ya'll enjoy! The ingredients list is kinda long, but once you get all of your ingredients together everything else is a piece of cake! From time to time I like to experiment with different flavors to see what I can come up with. This is one of my many ways to make chili. It's so GOOD! Feel free to take out any ingredient that you don't like, this recipe is very forgiving.This chili taste BEST when served immediately after cooking.
*THIS IS A SLOW COOKER RECIPE*
Chili Recipe
Here's what I used in the video:
Power Quick Pot ( I'm using a 10 Qt)
1 Green bell pepper
3 Celery stalks
1 Yellow onion
5 Garlic cloves
2 lbs. of Ground beef (I used 80/20 lean)
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Brown sugar
2 Tsp Coriander
4 Tbsp Chili powder
3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste, gradually add more as needed)
Salt to taste ( I used 1 1/2 tsp)
1 Bay Leaf
4 Tbsp Green onions
2 16 oz Cans Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup canned Black beans
1- 28 oz Can Hunts Diced tomatoes (with juices)
1- 29 oz Can Hunts Tomato sauce
1- 14.5 oz Can Swanson Chicken broth (low sodium)
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
*TIP - Taste as you go!!
