How To make Quaker Omelet
3 Eggs, separated
1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
1/2 c Milk
Salt and pepper 1 tb Butter
Put heavy frying pan with close fitting cover on to heat. Separate eggs and beat yolks until thick, then add cornstarch. Beat whites stiff, add to yolk mixture and finally add milk and salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in hot pan, pour in mixture. Cover closely and cook over medium heat for 6 or 7 minutes. Remove cover and with spatula fold omelet in half. Do not lift cover until cooked. Source: Heritage Recipes ch. -----

Mix them together well
Chop 1 apple
Slice the halves
Dice them
Add to the bowl
Add in 1/4tsp ground cinnamon
Mix well
Blend the mix with a hand blender
Medium heat
Melt unsalted butter
Scoop some of the batter in the pan
Fry for 2 minutes
Flip over and fry for 2 minutes
Done!
Repeat

Ingredients and recipe:
Add 1cup quick oats to a bowl
Add in 1 cup milk too
Soak 5 minutes
After 5 minutes
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Mix well
Salt and black pepper
Pour in 1tbsp olive oil
Mix well
Add in 30g mozzarella cheese
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper
A pinch of parsley
Mix well
Pour some vegetable oil in a pan
Pour the oat mixture in a pan
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top
Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat
After 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!

*Oats Omelette – a delicious food/snack*
*Ingredients:*
1. Oats – 2 tablespoons (preferably use a slightly larger than normal tablespoon; for a normal tablespoon - 3 tablespoon oats can be taken)
2. Hot Milk – 4 tablespoons (when used with 2 tablespoon oats; adjust ratio depending on type of tablespoon used)
3. Grated coconut – 1 tablespoon
4. Half of a red onion chopped into small slices (or 4-5 shallots diced)
5. Half of a small tomato diced into slices
6. Green chilly – for seasoning/spiciness
7. Eggs – 2 nos. (ratio for 2 tablespoon oats)
8. Salt – to taste
9. Curry leaves (or pudina leaves or coriander leaves)
10. Powdered pepper – for seasoning/spiciness
*Preparation*
1. Take oats in a bowl
2. Add a bit of milk at the same level as the oats
3. Add the ingredient numbers 3 to 6 (mentioned above) to the mix
4. Mix these ingredients well
5. Stabilize the mix by adding remaining milk in small instalments. Make sure not to add too much milk.
6. Allow the mix to soak in for about an hour (if time is not on your side, crush the oats and soak in hot milk for about 10 minutes)
7. Once sufficiently soaked, add eggs
8. Also add salt and curry leaves (or alternatively pudina/coriander leaves)
9. Stir very well
10. Brush the cooking tawa with a gentle smear of coconut oil
11. Pour the stirred mix into the tawa
12. Add powdered pepper if required
13. Cover the thawa and cook in low flame until the Omelette is cooked sufficiently
14. Serve hot
