How To make Quaker's: Not So Sinful Brownies
1/4 c Vegetable oil
3 Squares unsweet chocolate
1 1/4 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Applesauce
4 Egg whites or
-2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 t Vanilla
1 c QUAKER Oats uncooked
-(quick or old fashioned) 1 c All-purpose flour
1 t Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt (optl)
1 tb Powdered sugar
Heat oven to 250 F. Lightly spray bottom only of 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. In large saucepan, melt oil and chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in granulated sugar and applesauce until sugar is dissolved. Stir in egg whites and vanilla until completely blended. Add combined oats, flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 22 to 2s minutes or until edges pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving. BFF and I making Sugar Free Brownies ~Trim Healthy Mama Friendly
Recipe:
¾ cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
¾ to 1 cup of Truvia or Equivalent (use full cup if you like it sweet)
1 Egg White
1 Tsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Glucomannan
Optional: Garnish with sugar free chocolate chips, a couple per brownie should still be okay for a FP but keep to just a couple
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit
Blend all ingredients in a blender, place in a 9X9 baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes. Let the brownies cool and then cut into 9 squares. With this being 9 servings this is a Trim Healthy Mama FP each brownie will have 3 carbs less than one gram of fat.

ingredients:
2 cups instant oatmeal
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 large egg
1 cup unsalted butter/margarine, softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped(chunks)
1/8 cup chocolate chips(optional)
Procedure:
1) Combine brown sugar and softened butter. Mix until light in color and fluffy
2) Add egg and vanilla essence. Mix well
3) Add oatmeal, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined
4) Fold in chocolate chunks into the dough
5) Scoop out 1/8 cup of cookie dough and roll it
6) Top with chocolate chips
7) Lightly grease the pan with cooking oil
8) Place the cookie dough onto the pan
9) Cover and cook over low heat for 10-15min.
10)Gently remove the cookie from the pan
11) Cool completely

How Not to Make Brownies!
In today's video I will be baking brownies from a bag that only takes THREE ingredients! Although I tried my best to make perfect brownies, it did not work out as well as I thought it would!
DON'T WORRY! This isn't your ordinary step by step video on how to bake or cook... this is different.. better.. more entertaining, learn from me! ;) Some of the things I talk about in this video are girls on social media, Pringles, my hair, my pajamas (Come on you got to love them), Matilda (The movie) and I also sing Christmas songs while we wait for the brownies to bake.

Empezamos en Enero queriendo cuidar un poco la alimentación por eso te traigo esta opción de brownies saludables con avena, una versión diferente y muy rica que saciara tu antojo de pastelillos. Espero la disfrutes mucho!!!
✅ INGREDIENTES:
Ingredientes
1 taza datil (200 gramos)
1¼ taza pure de camote (300 gramos)
6 cucharadas miel de abeja (90 ml)
7 cucharadas leche vegetal de avena o almendra ( 110 ml)
4 cucharadas cacao organico ( 25 gramos)
¼ taza aceite de coco liquido ( 60 ml )
1 taza harina de avena ( 130 gramos )
Decorado:
Chocoalte 75 % cacao
Coco rallado
Nuez en trozos
Frambuesas liofilizadas
