Banana Protein Nice Cream
Pure Performance Team member, Samantha Schultz Achterberg, whips up an easy nice cream recipe with an added punch of Shaklee protein. You can have this for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack or dessert! It’s a great anytime cravings hit and so much better for you than the alternative.
Ingredients: -2 scoops any Shaklee protein powder -2-3 sliced frozen bananas (slightly thawed) -1/8-1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk -ground spices optional (Sammy included cinnamon, ginger, pumpkin pie spice, turmeric) -dash of vanilla extract
Directions: Blend everything together. Add more almond milk if mixture is too thick and won’t blend fully. Pour mixture into freezer-safe containers and enjoy throughout the week.
