How To make Pita Bread(Unleavened)
3 c white flour
1 t Salt
1 c Warm water
Vegetable oil
Combine the flour and salt; stir in enough warm water so that the dough pulls a way from the sides of the bowl & is no longer sticky. Stir till smooth. Knead f or 5 minutes. Shape dough into rectangle & cut in half lengthwise. Divide into 12 portions and shape into smooth balls. Cover with damp balls and let
rest 5 to 10 minutes. Press each ball flat & roll into a 6" or 7" circle. Cover with damp towels. Lightly oil a griddle or skillet. Gently stretch each round as thin as possible. Cook until brown & bubbly spots appear on the bottom, about 90 seconds. Turn over & brown the other side. Remove from griddle and wrap im mediately in towels.

How to Make Perfectly Crisp and Delicious Matzah | Unleavened Jewish Flatbread Recipe
Matzah or matzo is an unleavened flatbread that is part of Jewish cuisine and an important element of Passover. Passover is still a while away, but I wanted to make this because someone suggested it to me recently. Now to make it kosher there are a few rules one of which is that the bread must be made from start to finish in less than 18 minutes. That may sound like a great challenge for many bakers. I know that I can make it better if I take my time, so this is not the kosher way.
The most basic and pure version only contains flour and water. This recipe has added salt and olive oil for flavour. Resting the dough after kneading and resting the pre-cut breads before baking can produce better results, prevent shrinking, and make the dough easier to work with.
If you would like to attempt the 18-minute bake, then make sure your oven is pre-heated before you start. Mix the dough and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Roll it out, cut it and dock it. If you have time, then rest it again. Baking only takes 3 – 4 minutes.

5 minutes ready flatbread! Quick and Easy Flatbread made with Batter! No Kneading! No Oven! No hand touching during making.
Recipe: 4-5 flatbread
150g. All purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
240ml. Water (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp(8g) Oil
Tip:
* Make sure to keep pressing the edges of the bread with spatulla, so it can puff up.
* Add water in 2-3 times to prevent lumps in the batter.
* Heat on medium low heat, close to medium heat, if you want to make big bubbles later turn the heat to medium heat.
* Cover with a towel when done, the Flatbread can be used as a pita bread for sandwich.
