How to make Pickled eggs
Today I will show how to make pickled eggs, jalapenos and pickled tomatillos. The recipe is simple, and the ingredients are easy to find. This recipe will allow you to pickle anything using a quick pickle method.
Ingredients:
Pickling spice:
2 Tsps Coriander seeeds,
3-5 dry birds eye chillis (optional),
1 tbsp mustard seeds
10 - 12 cloves
2 inch piece of cinnamon stick broken up,
2 bay leaves crumbled
a smidge cracked pepper
Brine:
2 cups (500 mL) Water
4 cups (1 liter) Vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

G'day guys, I've got a lot of eggs at the moment so I'm pickling some with this really easy and tasty recipe.
Recipe: 12 eggs.
1 1/3 cups of apple cider vinegar with
turmeric (if can't get with turmeric just
add 1/4 teaspoon).
1 1/3 cups of water.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 chillies.
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds.
1/2 teaspoon whole black pepper corns

Spicy Jalapeno Pickled Eggs!
Pickled eggs get a total makeover! Sarah teaches you how to make one of our homestead favorites...Spicy Pickled Eggs!
Pink Salt:
Recipe:
11 hard boiled eggs
1 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp yellow mustard seeds
1 1/3 T. pink Himalayan salt
2 cloves garlic
2 jalapenos
In 1 quart mason jar, pack eggs, smashed garlic, sliced jalapenos, salt, peppercorns, and mustard seeds. In a separate jar, mix water, vinegar, and salt. Pour liquid into egg jar all the way to the top. Cover with plastic cover and refrigerate. Wait at least 3 days before eating. Will stay fresh in the fridge for a couple of months.

INGREDIENTS:
6 EGGS
2 MEDIUM SIZE ONIONS
CUT IT INTO 4 PCS
1 MEDIUM BELL PEPPER
1 MEDIUM SIZE CARROTS
1 CUP OF SUGAR
1 CUP VINEGAR
1 CUP WATER
1 TSP OF SALT
2 TSP OF CRACK BLACK PEPPER
SOME CUCUMBERS OPTIONAL
PREPARATIONS: HERES HOW:
1. Boil the egss 5 to 6 minutes make sure that is hard boiled .. then removed the eggs in boiling water ang transfer it in cold water, removed the egg shells make sure that you dont damage the egg white when you removed the shell
2. Water and vinegar solution . add 1 cut of vinegar and 1 cup of water in a pot and mixed with sugar, black pepper & salt. then mixed it well, make sure you dissolved all the sugar and salt in the bottom
put the cooking pot in the gas cooker and turn it ON, in about 3 to 5 min, when its start to bubbles nearly boiling point, turn OFF the gas cooker, the water and vinegar solution is ready.
3. In sterilized jar arrange the onion, arrange the eggs, then arrange the carrots ,bell pepper at the side of the jar for decoration . arrange it according on what you like make sure the onion is in the bottom to make more flavorful .
4. Pour the water and vinegar solution in the jar make sure all the Ingrediens is fully covered with the solution, cover it and put it in the fridge. when it is sore in the fridge it well last 1-2 months
when you dont have fridge at home strored it in cool and dry place in you kitchen it will last 7-10 days... curing time is 3 days ..after 3 days you can start to consume it.. you can add it in you salad ,top it in your arroscaldo or even eat it just like that will be fine.... i hope you enjoy it thank you and godbless

Pickled Eggs & Salt Cured Egg Yolks
We carry on our tradition of making pickled eggs at our new cabin but this time we try something new, salt cured egg yolks!
~ Picked Egg Brine ~
2:1 ratio (distilled white vinegar to water)
Ingredients for 2 dozen eggs
- 4 cups white distilled vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup cane sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs and spices of your choice
* Spices we used: mixed peppercorns, coriander seeds, dill seed, celery seed, cumin, and cayenne powder
* Each quart fits approximately 8-10 eggs and uses 1 and 3/4 cups of brine
* Suggested ingredients to include in jars: onion, garlic and hot peppers are some of our favorites!
