How To make Peppered London Broil with Lime Marinated Onions
2 Red Onion, Peeled And Very Thinly Sliced
1/4 C Lime Juice
2 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 Lb London Broil, About 1 Inch Thick
1/4 C Fresh-Ground Black Pepper -- 1/4 inch
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Flour
In a small nonreactive bowl, combine onions, lime juice and Tabasco ; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but less than 6. Rub meat all over with pepper and salt. Sprinkle half the flour on each side of the meat. Saute over high heat in a large saute pan, with no oil, until well sea red, 5 to 7 minutes on each side for rare. Remove from heat and serve in thickish slices, topped with generous portion of t he marinated onions. Per serving: 210 calories, 5 grams fat.

Steak is an excellent source of protein and this marinade makes this dish so flavorful! It only takes a few minutes to cook! ????
Ingredients ????
1.5 lbs of Steak cut into Strips
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Orange (juiced)
1 Lime (juiced)
1/2 Cup of Coconut Aminos or soy sauce
1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cups Cilantro chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic
Olive oil spray
1/2 Red Onion Sliced
Directions ????????????
✨ 1. Place a gallon ziplock bag in a bowl and add marinade to the bag. Olive oil, coconut aminos, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, salt, cumin, cilantro, and some onion slices. Close the bag and mix together well. Marinate steak for at least 30 min.
✨ 2. Slice bell peppers into strips. Then heat pan with olive oil spray. Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the pan. Sauté on low- med heat for a few mins.
✨ 3. Add steak to pan and cook it to your liking. I’d say about 5 min on medium heat. It cooks really fast.
✨ 4. Serve with brown rice!
Each meal prep is about 403 calories for 3 oz of steak and one cup of rice.

Today I will show you how to make homemade Pit Boss Beef Jerky. This technique will work with any flavor, but I am using a Sweet & Spicy beef jerky recipe. The Pit Boss Pellet Grill is perfect for smoking jerky due to its capability to run a low temperatures.
Ingredients
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 3 tsp dried ginger
• 1 cup Sriracha
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp Kosher salt
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 3 tsp Dijon mustard
• 3 tbsp honey
• ¼ cup rice vinegar
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

QUICK & EASY FLANK STEAK RECIPE - OVEN BAKED - BEST WAY TO COOK FLANK STEAK INDOORS
Hi Everyone!
Today, I will share very easy flank steak recipe and this one is for a thinner cut. This is one of the easiest ways to cook flank steak indoors. The steak comes out very tender and since there is no marinade or sauces, this is a very healthy recipe as well.
Start by setting the broiler on your oven to HI.
Season the flank steak on both sides with kosher salt.
Place the flank steak 1 level bellow the top rack of the oven.
Broil the bottom side for 3 minutes.
Flip the flank steak over and broil the top side for 5 minutes.
Take the flank steak out and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Ingredients per 1 lb of lean beef (except cure #1):
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup beer
1 tsp cure #1 per 5 lbs of meat
