5 Minutes Spicy Peanut Noodle
Hello Hi! My name is Alissa and I'm the creator behind Gaming Foodie on Instagram, Tiktok and now Youtube.
I got just the recipe for you! Spicy Peanut Noodles! This recipe is so easy to make, all you need to do is boil your noodles. I’m assuming most people have chili oil or chili paste in the fridge but if you don’t, I included a quick 5 ingredient chili oil.
If you want to add protein, you can. Use any form of ground meat. You can also use shrimp, pork beef or chicken— I’d recommend thinly slicing. Cook them separately, season accordingly and lay it on top of your bowl.
INGREDIENTS
4 frozen bricks of udon noodles (rice or soba noodles ok)
PEANUT SAUCE:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 TBSP Gochujang
2 TBSP Rice vinegar
1 TBSP Honey
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup Water
1 tsp minced ginger
CHILI OIL:
1/3 cup oil
2 shallots, thinly sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBSP chili flakes
2 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
