How To make Pasta with Szechuan Spiced Shrimp
1/4 lb Spinach leaves
1/4 c Chinese chili paste
2 Tomatoes
1 lb Dry or fresh penne
16 lg Shrimp
: (or fettucine 2 TB Olive oil
: or other pasta
cooked 2 Garlic cloves
1/2 c Butter :
cut into 10
: pieces Rinse spinach and remove stems. Peel and seed tomatoes. Chop roughly. Clean and devein shrimp. Set aside. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic. Saute a few seconds. Add shrimp and chili paste. Cook until shrimp turn pink. Set aside. Arrange hot cooked pasta on serving platter or individual plates. Arrange shrimp over pasta. Saute spinach and tomatoes in half of butter until tender. Stir in remaining butter, bit by bit, until all butter in pan is melted. Pour equal amounts of spinach-tomato-butter mixture over pasta. Better Than Take Out Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe
Shrimp and broccoli recipe
2 crowns broccoli
1 pound shrimp (season with a low sodium or unsalted seasoning)
1/2 peppers chopped
2 shallots chopped
6 garlic cloves chopped
Sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp hot honey
2 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp hoisin sauce - “oyster sauce” is preferred if you are able to find it ????use it
3 tbsp water (if at any point your sauce is too thick or got too thick too fast, you can add more water small amounts at a time until u get the consistency you want)
Salt and pepper to taste if needed

Method
1. For the noodles to cook – take a pan, add enough water, add some salt as required and add Hakka noodles.
2. Once its 90% cooked take it off the flame and strain it, add some oil so that it won't stick to each other.
3. Take a pan, add sesame oil, some finely chopped garlic, onion and green chili.
4. Now start adding vegetables like carrot , shredded cabbage, yellow red and green bell pepper, some spring onion whites. (You can add other vegetables of your choice too)
5. Then add vinegar, soy sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce and pepper powder.
6. Finally, add the cooked noodles and toss it all together. Stir fry the noodles for 10 mins.
7. Check for seasoning and add salt if required.
8. Garnish it with some spring onion greens.
9. Serve the Chili Garlic Noodles hot.
