How To make Shrimp and Pasta Creole
***** NONE *****
1/2 lb Shrimp,medium,shelled
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Clam juice
1/4 c Green onions,finely chopped
1 tb Brandy
1 tb Orange rind,grated
1/2 ts Tarragon,dried
1/2 lb Crawfish tails,peeled/cooked
8 oz Small pasta shells/spirals
1/4 c Louisiana coffee,w/chicory
1. In large skillet, cook shrimp in melted butter over medium-high heat 4
minutes, stirring frequently.
2. With slotted spoon, remove shrimp; set aside.
3. Put cream, clam juice, green onions, brandy, orange peel, and tarragon
in skillet; stir over high heat until sauce is thickened.
4. Stir in crawfish, shrimp, pasta and brewed coffee; heat through.

1/4 lb long Pasta

FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
- 1Lb Large Shrimp (21/25 CT- Peeled, Deveined, Cleaned, Patted Dry)
- 1Lb Buitoni Fettuccine Pasta
SEASONING MIX FOR THE SHRIMP:
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- Pinch of Salt
ALFREDO SAUCE:
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Diced Shallot (or any onion of your choice)
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup White Wine or Cooking Wine (Optional)
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (or more if you prefer)
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- Parsley for Garnish

It does have a little heat but that heat comes with flavour and is totally manageable. Perfect for spoiling yourself at lunch or enjoying with the family at dinner time.

INGREDIENTS:
Remember, anything added off camera will be stated below so you won't miss out ????
1lb RAW Shrimp peeled deveined rinsed in water and lime juice
Shrimp seasoning:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
Salt as desired if your cajun seaoning has no salt

250 - 300 grams spaghetti or fettucine
....
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 small onion finely diced
1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
.....
Sauce:
1 tsp Corn oil
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/3 cup heavy/whipping cream
1 bay leaf
4 -5 sprigs Fresh thyme
salt as desired
Cajun seasoning to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Ground black pepper as desired
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
1 1/4 cup or more Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese (please grate your own)
A few tablespoons Mozzarella
Servings: 3 - 4
NOTES: This dish is best served hot and immediately. If you MUST reheat it...put some whipping cream or heavy cream in a pan with a little cheese and once it melts stir in the leftover pasta. Stir slowly till everything comes together.
