FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
WHIPPED GARLIC MASHED POTATOES:
- 1.5 Lbs Red Potatoes (Cut in Halves or Quarters)
- 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Water
- Salt (For Water)
- 1 Cup (+ 1/4 to 1/2 more) of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 to 2 Tsp Salt or Cajun Seasoning
- Black Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Feel free to add additional Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
CHICKEN:
- 2 Boneless/ Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Bourbon (Optional)
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder (Optional; mentioned in the video but not required)
SHRIMP:
- 1/2 Lb Jumbo Shrimp
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Bourbon (Optional)
- 1 Tsp Old Bay
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Chili Powder (Optional; mentioned in the video but not required)
ONIONS & MUSHROOMS:
- 1 Whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 Cup White Mushrooms, Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Bourbon
- Salt
- Pepper
CAJUN BUTTER: (OPTIONAL)
- 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano and Thyme
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
------- Mix ALL ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate to solidify. Serve over hot chicken, shrimp, and mashed potatoes

Louisiana Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
Thin slice Chicken breast
Bow tie noodles
Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper
Mushrooms
Yellow onion
Minced garlic
Chicken broth
Heavy whipping cream
Grated Parmesan
All season
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Salt
Parsley
lemon pepper
Cayenne pepper
1 egg
Italian bread crumbs
Panko bread crumbs
Fresh parmesan
Red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Direction:
1. Dice 1/2 onions, 1/2 red and green bell pepper.
2. In a skillet a 1 table spoon of olive oil. Sauté veggies, 2 cups mushrooms, and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic. Season to taste and cook until tender.
3. Once the veggies are tender add 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan, 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper. Season to taste.
4. Cook until the sauce thickens.
5. Boil bow tie noodles until tender.
Chicken
1. Best one egg and season with all seasoning.
2. In a separate bowl add 3/4 cups of Italian bread crumbs, 3 table spoon of Panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
3. Dip chicken in egg batter, then coat with bread crump mixture.
4. Fry for about 8 mins or until golden brown.
Pasta
1. Add pasta into sauce.
2. Plate and add chicken on top
3. Garnish with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, parsley, and red pepper.
4. Enjoy.
