1/2 cup coconut powder ( 50 g )
1 cup milk ( 250 ml )
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
sugar syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 lemon slice
1 tsp rose water or kewra water or orange blossem

Here's a recipe to make Snickers stuffed dates:
Ingredients:
- 20 Medjool dates
- 10 fun-sized Snickers bars
- 1/4 cup of melted chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
- Chopped roasted peanuts for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
2. Use a sharp knife to make a slit lengthwise on each date, and carefully remove the pit from the center.
3. Cut each Snickers bar in half lengthwise.
4. Stuff each date with a half of the Snickers bar, and use your fingers to close the date over the candy.
5. Once all the dates have been stuffed with candy, place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake the dates in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the candy has melted and the dates are warmed through.
7. Remove the dates from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the dates, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
9. Place the dates in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, until the chocolate has hardened.
