Easy Mediterranean Orzo Recipe #plantbased #recipe
If you feel like eating healthy is complicated or restrictive, I suggest trying to focus on what you could be adding to your plate rather than what you could be removing. Take this easy Mediterranean orzo for example: I felt like a big, cozy bowl of pasta, so I went for a combo of orzo, tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Then, I added chickpeas for protein, broccolini and spinach for extra fiber and nutrients, plus pine nuts for a serving of seeds. Just like that, we’ve transformed a classic comfort meal into a complete and balanced one that’s both delicious and nutritious!
