How To make Orange Chocolate Chunk Cookies
2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Grated orange peel
1 c White sugar
1/2 c Light brown sugar; packed
1 c Salted butter; softened
2 lg Eggs
1 ts Pure orange extract
8 oz Semisweet chocolate bar
Coarsely chopped Recipe by: Cookbook Digest Preheat oven to 300F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, salt, and orange peel. Mix well with a wire whisk and set aside. In a large bowl, blend sugars with electric mixer at medium speed. Add butter and beat to form a grainy paste, scraping sides of bowl if needed. Add eggs and orange extract, and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture and chopped chocolate. Blend at low speed just until combined. Do notovermix. Drop by rounded tbsps onto an ungreased cookie sheets, 1-1/2 inch apart. Bake for 22-24 minutes until cookies are slightly brown along edges. Transfer cookies immediately to a cool surface with a spatula. Makes 3 dozen.

I call these the Adult version of orange chocolate chip cookies.

this cookies recipe can be made in kind of cookies.

454g of unsalted butter.
2 of 1/4 cup of white sugar.
1/2 of brown sugar with one full spoon added to it.
2 tsp of vanilla.
2 egg yolks.
1 full egg.
1 full orange with the zest.
3 and half cups of flour.
1 tsp of baking powder.
1 tsp of baking soda.
semi sweet chocolate chip milk chocolate chip.
tsp of salt ( optional)
First I add the sugar with butter and vanilla, I mixed them well.
then I add the eggs one at time while the mixture is still one.
by added the orange and the shedder zest.
make sure you the ball from the bottom of the mixture.
then I add the flour one at time while the machine is still on.
I do by eye so if it needs more I add more. but it usually is about 3 to 4 cups of flour as a big path of cookies.
then I add the baking powder and baking soda and salt.
then into a ball I add the cookie mixture into a ball than I cover it for 2 hours.
into a flat pan I round my cookies into medium shape, and back to the freezer for 20 minutes.
then I but them into a Ziploc bag and what needs to be baked I bake and the rest whenever I need some I bake them.
I bake them at 250 °c intl they are baked and gold on the bottom and gold on top.

I like to do this as for my kids love cookies, as a busy mom Alhamdallah.
I like things to like this to be ready before hand so I can just pop them into the oven for a good and delicious cookies.

100g unsalted butter
80g sugar
1g salt
1 egg
vanilla
160g flour
3g baking powder
100g chocolate + 20 g
50g nuts
Bake 190℃ for 13 to 14 minutes
▶American measurements
7 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3.5 ounces chocolate + 0.7 ounces
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Bake at 375°F for 13 to 14 minutes

Add sugar and salt to softened butter and mix.
