How To make Reverse Chocolate Chunk Cookies Part 1
1 1/4 c Sweet butter at room temp
1 tb Sweet butter for buttering
= cookie sheets. 3/4 c Brown sugar
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 3/4 c All purpose flour
1 1/4 c Cocoa powder
2 ts Baking soda
10 oz Solid white chocolate
= broken in 1/4" chunks = (or 8 ozs white Chocolate chips) Recipe by: Chef Michael Romano Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a cookie sheet, or alternatively, line the sheet with a strip of parchment paper.Set aside. In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Set aside. Using an electric mixer or a hand-held beater, cream the butter and sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs and continue to beat until they are well-combined, about 1 minute. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda mixture until well incorporated. Fold in the white chocolate chunks with a rubber spatula. Filling a tablespoon, scoop out individual cookies from the batter and place in even rows on the cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each cookie. SEE PART 2 -----

RACHHLOVES REVERSE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE
Single Batch Recipe (I did triple batch in the video!)
Wet Ingredients
• 5 squares (5oz) semisweet chocolate
• ½ cup butter
• 1 egg
• ½ cup white sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
Dry Ingredients
• 1- 2/3 cups AP flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
After mixed
• ¼ cup sour cream
• White chocolate chips
1. Beat together butter and sugar
2. Add eggs and vanilla
3. Melt semisweet chocolate
4. Combine dry ingredients in bowl, whisk
5. Mix in dry ingredients
6. Fold in sour cream and white chocolate chips
Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes to start, every oven has their own personality so adjust as needed. I've baked at 325F as well and it's worked too!

Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is a recipe mom got from a friend and they are great. It's her Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies and let me tell you what. They are so moist and addictive that you won't be able to eat just one. Let me know what you think about this version and y'all enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 bags white chocolate chips
Cream together the butter and sugars.
In separate bowl mix together the cocoa and flour.
Add baking soda and eggs to butter/sugar mixture and stir to combine.
Add the flour mixture into the sugar/butter mixture in 2 or 3 parts. Mix each time to combine.
Add in the white chocolate chips and mix well, this will be a stiff dough.
Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 10 -12 minutes.
