4 tb Peanut Butter 3 ts Water (see directions) 2 ts Sesame oil 1 ds Soy sauce 1/2 ts Sugar 1 ds Tobasco, to taste 3 c Cooked Spaghetti noodles Cook spaghetti, drain and rinse with cold water (adjust how much spaghetti you make depending upon how hungry you are!) Mix peanut butter with a few teaspoons of warm water until creamy and light in color. Add sesame oil, dash soy sauce, dash Tobasco to taste. Pour over spaghetti. Serve with Nancy's Sesame Chicken.

How to make ginger/ garlic paste to enhance the flavour of your meals.
Ingredients Equal amounts of ginger and garlic Vegetable/ olive oil Dash of sesame oil
Directions 1. Clean ginger and garlic. 2. Wash in salty water 3. Blend in food processor, add vegetable oil to ease up blending 4. When smooth, add a dash of sesame oil. 5. Scoop into sterile containers 6. Refrigerate for up to one week and freeze for up to 3 months

Although a native Californian, Nancy Singleton Hachisu moved to Japan over 30 years ago and has been living there with her husband and three sons. She fell in love with traditional Japanese cuisine and decided to write a cookbook filled with her favorite recipes. Her first one entitled “Japanese Farm Food”, Nancy shares her personal stories and passion with one hundred and sixty five seasonal dishes. In Nancy’s second cookbook, “Preserving the Japanese Way”, she introduces Japanese Methods to cooking, that are not only approachable, but unique.
