How To make Mushroom Mozzarella Bruschetta
1 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Loaf Italian or French bread
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; minced OR
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Green onions; chopped
1/4 c Red peppers; chopped
1/4 ts Italian seasoning
2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded
1 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
Heat broiler. Combine soup, garlic, Italian seasoning and parmesan until well blended; set aside. Cut bread into 1" slices and place on baking sheet. Brush bread with oil and toast lightly under broiler. Heat oven to 375F. Spread one tablespoon of soup mixture evently over each slice.
Sprinkle with green onions and red peppers; top with mozzarella. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

An ultra-cheesy and creamy bruschetta with mushrooms make for the perfect appetizer.
CHEESY MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTA
Ingredients
1 cheese slice
10-15 button mushrooms
2 brun pavs
¼ cup + 2 tbsps soft butter
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tbsps finely chopped garlic
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp refined flour (maida)
¾ cup milk
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Fresh parsley sprig for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
2. Thickly slice the brun pavs.
3. Chop button mushrooms.
4. Take ¼ cup butter in a bowl, add parsley, 1 tbsp garlic, a pinch of salt and red chilli flakes and mix till well combined.
5. Apply some butter mixture on one side of the brun pav slices. Place them on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 5-6 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, to make the stuffing, heat remaining butter in a non-stick pan. Add remaining garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
7. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add refined flour and sauté for 1 minute.
8. Add milk and mix well. Cook till the mixture thickens.
9. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Cook for a minute.
10. Add cheese slice and mix well. Cook till the cheese melts and allow to cool slightly.
11. Remove the baking tray out of the oven, place a portion of the mushroom mixture on each brun pav slice.
12. Garnish with parsley sprig and serve immediately.

Mushrooms & mozzarella bruschetta
Mushroom Bruschetta - Flavors India
Time to make some mushroom bruschetta at your home!
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
200 gms Mushrooms
Salt to taste
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
3/4 Cup Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Milk
Whole Wheat Bread Slices
Coriander Leaves
1. Start with your pan on high heat.
2. Add your oil in the hot pan and then add your crushed garlic to it.
3. After sautéing the garlic add thinly sliced mushrooms.
4. Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes to your mix.
5. Cover for 4-5 min or until the mushrooms are cooked and the water has evaporated.
6. Open the lid and add your milk and cheese to the pan, reduce the sauce to the desired consistency.
7. Add your chopped coriander to the cooked mixture and take it off the heat.
8. Preheat your oven to 180º celsius.
9. Take a few slices of whole wheat bread. Top with the Mushroom Preparation and some mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
10. Serve hot with your favourite dressing.
