1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 pn Salt
1 pn Cinnamon
1 ts Canola oil

1 pk Frozen strawberries

1 tb Granulated sugar
2 ts Cornstarch

Serve warm with whipped cream, topping, or ice cream. NOTE: 4 cups frozen unsweetened berry slices may be used instead of fresh. Mix together oatmeal, flour and brown sugar. Add nuts. Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. In another bowl, mix strawberries and white sugar together. Grease an 8" square pan. Spread half the crumb mixture on bottom. Cover with strawberries. Spread remaining crumb mixture over top.

Greek Yogurt Pancakes with Fresh Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients:
Pancake Batter:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Butter or oil for cooking
Sauce:
• 300 g strawberries
• 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
• In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
• In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
• Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
• Note: To prevent burning and ensure thorough cooking, use low heat if using butter or oil for cooking, as both can burn faster before the middle of the pancake is thoroughly cooked. Alternatively, you can choose to cook without greasing the pan (on medium heat) or by adding a small amount of oil directly to the batter. On a nonstick pan, it works perfectly.
• The batter is enough to make around 6 5-inch pancakes.
• Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. If using butter or oil, apply a small amount to coat the surface and turn the heat to low.
• Pour 1/3 cup portions of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
• Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
• Repeat with the remaining batter.
• For the sauce, blend strawberries with sugar into a sauce-like mixture.
• Pour the strawberry sauce over the pancakes.

Ingredients:-
1 lb organic Strawberries (453 grams)
2 cups water (480 ml)
1 cup of sugar (200 grams)
Zest and juice of a lemon
Directions:-
#1 - In a medium saucepan add all the above ingredients and bring to a boil.
#2 - Skim the top of any foam forms and boil for about 25 minutes.
#3 - Strain the strawberries out through a colander.
#4 - Try not to press on the strawberries otherwise, your syrup will be cloudy.
#5 - Store in a mason jar in your refrigerator.
