Quick & Easy: STRAWBERRY TOPPING recipe
Ingredients:
1lb strawberries
1/3 c sugar (you can add more if you want sweeter taste)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c water
pinch of salt
red food coloring (optional)
direction:
1. mix together water, vanilla, cornstarch, salt & red coloring if using.
2. wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut or slice berries on your desired size.
3. in medium heat; combine strawberries and sugar then add the liquid mixture.
4. cover and bring to a boil.
5. uncover and continue cooking 3-4 mins. or until syrup becomes thick.
6. remove from head. cool & refrigerated until needed.

Strawberry Sauce | Glaze for Cheesecake, Ice Cream, Pancakes, and other Baked Goods
This easy homemade strawberry sauce recipe comes together quickly and is made with only 3 ingredients! Strawberry sauce is a perfect glaze on ice cream, plain cheesecakes, shortcakes, and so many other baked goods or breakfast items like waffles & pancakes. I used thawed frozen strawberries, but feel free to use fresh strawberries to make this easy strawberry sauce. You can always adjust the sugar ratio depending on how sweet you would like this strawberry sauce to be. Frozen strawberries usually need additional sugar since they are usually not as sweet and the color will be slightly lighter than if using fresh strawberries. Stir this strawberry sauce frequently while it simmers to ensure it cooks evenly and to control the thickness of it. Depending on how thick you would like this strawberry sauce to be, cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, but note that the strawberry sauce will thicken when cooled. Store this strawberry sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months in a freezer safe container.

Greek Yogurt Pancakes with Fresh Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients:
Pancake Batter:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Butter or oil for cooking
Sauce:
• 300 g strawberries
• 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
• In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
• In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until well blended.
• Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
• Note: To prevent burning and ensure thorough cooking, use low heat if using butter or oil for cooking, as both can burn faster before the middle of the pancake is thoroughly cooked. Alternatively, you can choose to cook without greasing the pan (on medium heat) or by adding a small amount of oil directly to the batter. On a nonstick pan, it works perfectly.
• The batter is enough to make around 6 5-inch pancakes.
• Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. If using butter or oil, apply a small amount to coat the surface and turn the heat to low.
• Pour 1/3 cup portions of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
• Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
• Repeat with the remaining batter.
• For the sauce, blend strawberries with sugar into a sauce-like mixture.
• Pour the strawberry sauce over the pancakes.

Strawberry Sauce is prepared with fresh strawberries or we can also make with frozen berries too. In summer we get loads of strawberries when we go for picking . We think we can finish all the berries but sometimes it may not be possible to consume. At that time this is the best thing to ave upto 6 months with out spoiling.
Ingredients :

Strawberries - 1/2 lb
Sugar - 4TBsp
Lemon Juice - 1TBsp
Preparation :
1. Cut berries into small pieces.
2. Add 2TBsp water in a pan so that berries wont burn.
3. Add strawberries,Sugar,Lemon Juice and let it boil.
4. Stir Occasionally and cook till it becomes thick.
5. If you want smooth sauce just blend all together with hand blender or mixie.
6. Serve with Icecream, Yogurt, Pancakes, Juices, milkshakes or any desired dessert.
