In this video we will see how to make baby food recipes in tamil. Fruit and vegetable puree are ideal for introducing babies to food. We have to make sure that the baby food is free of clumps to prevent the choking hazard. Fresh fruits and vegetables make a healthy meal for babies and give them vitamins and minerals. When starting solid food always be close to the baby and observe while they practice chewing and swallowing.
Starting on vegetable puree and then transitioning to fruit purees and finally preparing combination meals in ideal for the baby. Always introduce one type of vegetable / fruit at a time and after 3 days of the same type of food then introduce the next vegetable, this way the digestive system gets familiar with the first kind of food and gets ready for the next type.

SWEET POTATO FALAFEL
3 cups lightly mashed cooked sweet potatoes, drained and rinsed
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
4 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Add everything to a food processor and process, leaving a little texture to the beans.
3. Using a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, shape the mixture into balls. Place on a
nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Turn the falafel over and bake for another 8–10 minutes.

Quick and Easy Meals
Recipes:
Mexicrema Sauce/Dressing:
Tomatillo:
Tofu Mayo
1 12.3-ounce package Mori-Nu organic silken firm tofu
¾ tsp sea salt
¾ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp raw or date sugar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Chill thoroughly before using (best the second day). You can refrigerate for up to 10 days.
Chickpea Mock Tuna Salad
1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup fat-free vegan mayonnaise, or tofu mayonnaise
(see recipe)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1. Coarsely chop beans in a food processor, or mash beans with a masher.
2. Place beans in a bowl with remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well and chill.
