Hello lovelies, in today's video we are making this yummm Tilapia fish in Coconut sauce. It's sooooo good that I make it all the time. You should try it too and it's sooo easy.
ingredients:
-1 Tilapia fish, deep fried
-2 medium tomatoes, blended
-1 medium onion, chopped
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tbsp tomato paste
-1 cup coconut cream
-1/2 cup water
-1 tsp cumin powder
-1 tsp curry powder
-1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-1 tsp salt
-oil

For the Curry Paste:
1 cup freshly grated Coconut
2 dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
3 dried Bedki Red Chillies
1 heaped teaspoon Coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 flat teaspoon Cumin seeds
3 large Garlic cloves
1 inch piece of Ginger
Tamarind (lemon-sized amount soaked in warm water)

Water (വെള്ളം) - 3+½ Cups (750 ml)
Kukum Star (കുടംപുളി) - 15 gm
Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - 1 Cup (100 gm)
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 3+8 Nos
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No (100 gm)
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 2 Inch Piece (10 gm)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 8 Cloves (10 gm)
